We were in desperate need of restoring our walkways and patio for some time. It consists of huge bluestone which is heavy and bulky and was riddled with moss, weeds, roots--distorted and unsightly. We also had a sinking area with some cracked pavers. Roberts crew came in and within 3 days, it looks amazing! The patio and walkways are straight, clean, fresh and looks brand new! They went above and beyond and super power washed our sitting areas and circular columns that had darkened. His team is focused, they are skilled artisans, courteous and professional. Our front porch pavers and walkway were extremely sunken and in need of a lot of TLC. We contemplated just removing the porch but Rob said he could make them look basically brand new after lifting them, sanding and sealing! He worked so well with a contracting company we had working at the same time that was putting up new siding and a stone wall. It was a process but Rob was patient and so reassuring with everything! We hired Paver Restoration to fix the paver steps on our patio, a portion of the sitting wall around the patio and reslope some pavers on the walkway so the water would run off. They also seal coated the driveway. They scrubbed and washed all the pavers then applied polymeric sand and sealed the pavers. We are extremely satisfied with their work. Everything looks great! First I would like to say we had considered trying to restore our pavers ourselves and after seeing the amount of work and skill required I am glad I had Robert restore our pavers. Robert and his team were very professional throughout the process. Robert showed up when he said he would be there and his office informed us when he wouldn?t be there because of the weather. Their process was a 3 day process and they didn?t rush the steps. From start to finish they worked non-stop. We didn?t realize how stained and dirty our pavers were until the work was completed. Our driveway and patios look great. We have had neighbors and people walking by telling us how good our driveway and patios looks. I think one of the best compliments I can say about the work done by Robert and his team is that I have already recommended them to neighbors and friends that will be looking to restore their pavers. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I talked to Robert about restoring my pavers and Tennessee sandstone around my pool. It's been 10 years since the stone and pavers were installed. As Robert and his team worked on the pavers and stone I was able to clearly see the difference from the area that was worked on versus the uncleaned areas. It was night and day. When they were finished, the pavers and stone looked the same way when they were installed - beautiful. I am obviously very pleased with the result. I was also pleased with how Robert handled himself - with openness and honestly. What more can you expect. Frank Frank McMahon

From start to finish Paver Restoration [Rob and his team] did an outstanding job. The work was to clean, add polymer btw the bricks, reset some pavers and seal them. First off, I left a VM w/the company and was reached back out by Lisa, who kept me in the loop on everything, and answered all my questions. She worked with me on scheduling the estimate and even worked around other projects I had going on at the same time. A few days later, I met with Rob. He as well answered all my questions, explained all the products he uses and the procedure that they would follow to complete the job. I did have a lot of questions, and he answered all of them. A few days later I received the estimate, which I felt was more then fair. Day 1: Rob and the team came out and reset all the pavers that we agreed on to be level. Job was done perfect and every brick was put back exactly in the same pattern it was. Day 2/3: Cleaning and installed polymer between bricks. Rob was very neat and careful as he cleaned the pavers. I recently had stucco work done on my property and he never allowed the power washer to damage it. The guys worked in synchronization. From holding the hose to allow easy movement of the washer - to then blowing all the dirt and water off the pavers to make them as clean as possible. He even power washed my fence, from the dirt that kicked up on to it from the over spray. Next was the polymer. He and his team of 3 removed all old, and loose polymer bond, swept everything up and laid down new polymer bond. With the stucco being so new, Rob even took a small brush to make the polymer bond fit perfect btw the pavers and the stucco without it splashing on to it. He created a seamless perfect line. And they also removed all uneven polymer that was underneath my steps and made that perfect. Day 4: The sealing. The night before we received a lot of rain, and Rob was well aware of the polymer that got loose and was all over the pavers. But, he had a plan. He swept all the excess off, and laid down another final polymer between the joints and cleaned off all the pavers [leaf blow] so no "sandy feeling" would be felt when you walked on it. He even seeked my approval on it. [I walked barefoot on the pavers and did not feel a drop of sand]. He proceeded with the seal. And let me make mention, He double coats the seal. IT CAME OUT PERFECT. I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPIER! Overall: I am sooo happy and pleased with the work done by Rob and his team. He works with his clients and meets their needs. My patio looks brand new and I AM impressed w/the work. I will definitely use this company in the future and I highly recommend them. The team is professional, neat, cleans up after themselves, Kept me up to date on everything and most of all takes pride in their work. Greg Wilk

I had my patio restored by Paver Restorations. I was very well pleased. The job was done fast and very clean. All the black gunk between stones is gone; new sand in the joints and a a penetrating sealer on top. Looks great. The sun has faded some pavers, but super clean. Highly recommended!! Michael Zaref

We were having trouble with water puddling all along our side walkway for years. which was getting worse and worse. After reading all the other reviews we decided to try Paver Restoration. They delivered exactly as promised. We could not be happier with the results. The pavers are herringbone with many puzzle pieces and they we able to grade the walkway and put all the bricks back exactly where they belong ( no easy job) and it looks wonderful. They showed up when promised and worked neatly and professionally. We will definitely recommend them to anyone having issues with their existing pavers and will have the rest of our patio cleaned and refilled in the spring. Thanks Robert and crew for a great job! Robert?s team rebuilt our steps, repaired sunken bricks throughout a large patio, built additional space with walls for a grilling area, and cleaned/sealed all pavers. It looks great! The team was polite, professional, kept the area clean and completed everything discussed (and more) on time. We had an extremely difficult situation that Robert and his crew fixed in 3 days!!! We had to pull up 10 feet of our raised patio, and two sets of steps because we lifted our house. All the pavers were in stacks all over the place. I truly thought we were going to have to take out the entire patio and start over. Amazingly, Robert came to our rescue. They were able to put the puzzle back together, and it looks like we never took it apart. This was an extremely difficult job, and they executed above and beyond our expectations.
