Paver Restoration, Inc. uses only quality commercial grade seal coat material manufactured by SealMaster Industries. We take the time to cut in all edges by hand being sure not to get any sealer on your surrounding concrete, pavers or Belgian block. Paver Restoration, Inc. applies its sealer by brush working the sealer thoroughly into the asphalt to ensure an even coat of protection.
Seal coating of a new driveway should be done after the first year when the surface has had sufficient time to cure. A driveway or parking lot should be seal coated every two years to extend the life of the asphalt and maintain its appearance.

Our Asphalt Sealing Process
- Clean and power blow the entire driveway preparing it for good adhesion.
- If the owner chooses the option, we will treat cracks to protect the asphalt from further water penetration and deterioration.
- Apply sealer to the edge of driveway with cutting brushes to ensure a neat application and eliminate any chance of sealer getting on the surrounding hardscape.
- Apply high quality asphalt seal coat from Sealmaster by brush, working it thoroughly onto and into the surface.
- Safety tape the area for surface protection until completion of curing.
- Safety tape can be removed and disposed of after 48 hours.
